Event Packages & Prices

Serving from Mid. April till Mid. October 2024

  • $4.17 + tax per person

    Serving size of 6oz dish or 1 1/2 scoops.

    Choice of cone or dish and rainbow or chocolate sprinkles. No other toppings are optional.

    We do have a 50 person minimum. This does not mean you must have 50 guests but you do have to pay the minimum for 50 guests. On weekends (Saturday, & Sunday) there is a 75 guest minimum.

    Starts at 1 hour service time unless the guest list is 200+. To add additional time to a smaller event it is an additional $35 per half hour.

  • $5.56 + tax per person

    Service is our full menu of cones and/or dishes, sundaes, floats, and milkshakes.

  • We do have a $100 set up fee. (Schools are excluded from this fee)

    We request a $100 deposit to set the date of your event.

    If you plan on paying with credit card/debit card there is a 3% convenience fee. Tips in cash are very much appreciated.

    If you would like your service to be extended past the hour for a guest list under 200 then there is an additional $35 per half hour.

    If your event is further than 15 miles from Dave's Ice Cream (3872 W Main Street Batavia NY) based on the iphone maps app then you will pay an additional $2 per mile.

    If you would like to pick a special flavor to be made for your event then it is an additional $25 for labor and just in case it is not sold.

    If we wait over 10 minutes for payment at the conclusion of the event we do add an additional $35 fee for our extra time.

    If your event is not listed in the counties we work in, that is no problem. We can obtain a day permit to come to your county but that will be added to your bill. (Can range from $20-$100)

  • We serve Genesee, Wyoming, Orleans, Livingston, Monroe & Erie County.

    Our staff keep track of the number of guests that come up. If you have issues with having your private event in a public area we suggest a ticket system to your guests so we know who to include in the event and who pays for themselves.

    We charge per cone handed out. It is your responsibility to make sure your guest knows they are only allowed to have one serving or as many as they'd like based on what you tell them. We will never tell guests no to multiple servings, so please inform your guests what your preference is.

    We provide full service of scooping, counting, spoons, napkins, and extra dishes for messes. This way you can lay back and relax while your guests get served and fed.

    Payment is expected at the end of the event unless discussed otherwise. We can understand if you would like to enjoy your event, mainly weddings, and pay afterward. In this instance we would discuss sending an online payment to you that must be paid in 24 hours following the conclusion of the event.

    We do not park on grass; gravel or cement is best. If we must park on grass and the truck gets stuck you are required to pay for us to be towed out and for any damages to the truck.

    We do need permission to park in some public areas. If you do not own the property you would like us to come serve at, we do request that you get a written acceptance from the owner of the property for us to have.

    If you are tax exempt then we will need that printed out and handed to us at the end of the event.

    We can not stay longer than the time you have booked. Guests will be cut off at the end of the time agreed. This is so we can show up to the following events in a timely manner.

    You are responsible for your guests behavior (including kids) any damage done to the truck, menu, or staff is your responsibility. Please keep kids from banging on the truck.
